This time – is all about kings, queens and crowns. Royalty.

Uwe begann working on crowns in the summer of 2022, while Katrin was expanding her work with round canvases/hoops. In autumn 2022 Katrin was joining with her own crowns and the conversation began.

The crown is a symbol of power and royalty. Is mankind the crown of creation? What makes a good king? A good queen? A good regency?

In this new Exploration we are eager to explore the themes: power, crowns, kingdom, kings and queens, nature with new wall objects, sculptures, and projections.
